The Zhanshan Investment Group’ Board has significant experience across investments, portfolio management, corporate finance advisory and operations.

Zhong Shanshan – Chairman
Zhong Shanshan co-founded Zhanshan investment Group held the role of Managing Director for 8 years, becoming Chairman in January 2021. Zhong Shanshan has more than 11 years of private equity investment experience gained at Zhanshan investment Group. He was previously at PwC for 8 years. Zhong Shanshan is is responsible for leading the Board and focusing it on strategic matters, overseeing the Group's business and setting high governance standards. He plays a pivotal role in fostering the effectiveness of the Board and individual Directors, both inside and outside the board room. Zhong Shanshan dropped out of primary school during the Cultural Revolution and found work in construction. In 1977, he enrolled at what is now the Zhejiang Radio & TV University studying Chinese. Zhong Shanshan was a journalist at the Zhejiang Daily before quitting his job in 1988 to start his own business.He is responsible for ensuring that there is effective communication with the Association Members, acting as a sounding board for the Group CEO, and representing the Group externally. With the support of the Group Company Secretary, he ensures that the Board receives accurate, timely and clear information.

Jin Tai Kim – Chief Executive Officer(CEO)
The Group CEO is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the business, risk appetite and annual and long-term objectives approved by the Board. He takes lead responsibility for the maintenance and development of Zhanshan Investment Group's reputation and relationships with the media, regulators, governments, supplier, customer, trade bodies and other stakeholders. He makes decisions in all matters affecting the operations, performance and implementation of Zhanshan Investment Group's strategy, except for those matters reserved for the Board or specifically delegated by the Board to its Committees, executive committees or subsidiary company boards. He is supported in this by the senior executives that make up the Chief Executive Committee (CEC). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tsinghua University China, is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and attended the Executive Education Program at CEIBS.

Eun Min Park – Financial & Asset Manager
Eun Min Park is an Financial & Asset Manager, responsible for the acquisition of assets and monitor, negotiate, and implement programs to increase asset value and revenue. She is involved in across the Zhanshan investment Group’ portfolio from deal origination and execution through to sitting on Boards and exit. she is also responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, supporting the execution of new transactions and working with investee companies.Eun Min Park is responsible for overseeing the creation of most prestigious development projects. She graduated from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a degree in business administration before going on to International Business School, Beijing Foreign Studies University, where she earned a Master’s degree in financial Asset Management.

Hui Jin Lee – Investment Manager
Previously Assistant manager of Jingxi Investment Management before joining Zhanshan investment Group. Hui Jin Lee is responsible for providing investment information and financial advice; works with corporate and individual looking for investment and project funding opportunities. He also covers the process of allocating and managing financial resources to enhance the acquisition and investment of unit resources as well as the overall management of income and expenditures. He holds an MBA degree from Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School, B.S. in Finance from Tianjin University of Commerce and is a qualified Certified Public Accountant.
